目的比较ProTaper机用镍钛根管器械和不锈钢K锉在弯曲根管预备中的效果。方法将2012年6月1日至2013年1月1日接诊患者186个磨牙分为两组,每组93个。分别为A组ProTaper机用镍钛器械和B组不锈钢K锉,其中A组弯曲根管数目为142个,B组弯曲根管数目为138个。对比分析其根管预备时间、根管预备和器械折断情况、根管预备术后疼痛发生情况及处理、根管充填效果。结果两组在根管预备时间、根管预备和器械折断情况、根管预备术后疼痛发生情况及处理、根管充填效果均有明显差异。结论 ProTaper机用镍钛器械预备弯曲根管操作简易、时间短、根管充填效果好、术后不良反应低。唯一不足的是术中断针发生率比手用不锈钢K锉高。
Objective To compare the effectiveness of ProTaper machine with NiTi and stainless steel K-files in the preparation of curved root canal. Methods One hundred and sixty-six molars of patients admitted between June 1, 2012 and January 1, 2013 were divided into two groups with 93 in each group. They were Group A ProTaper machine Ni-Ti instruments and Group B stainless steel K-files respectively. The number of curved root canal in group A was 142 and the number of curved root canal in group B was 138. The time of root canal preparation, the preparation of root canal and the fracture of instrument, the occurrence and treatment of pain after root canal preparation and the filling effect of root canal were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in root canal preparation time, root canal preparation and instrument breakage, postoperative root canal pain and treatment, and root canal filling. Conclusions ProTaper NiTi machine is easy to operate with short time, good root canal filling and low postoperative adverse reaction. The only downside is the incidence of surgical interruption of needle than stainless steel K file high.
