论文是为读者检索论文服务的。其总体要求是:读者即使不看全文而只看,也可以获得足够的信息以决定是否有必要花时间阅读全文。所以从中应该很容易看出该研究做了哪些具体工作,有哪些具体结果以及与以往同类研究的不同(创新)之处。 写得好,可以增加被国内外著名数据库(如EI)收录的几率,扩大论文的影响。因为EI的收录员无法每篇论文都浏览一遍,只能通过的内容来判断该研究的学术水平。尤其是国外的检索系统或数据库,特别注重英文的内容与结构。如果中写一大堆的研究背景和意义,只交代做了什么,而没有写出具体的内容有什么,具体规律是什么,具体关系是什么,具体结果有哪些,等等,这样的文章一般不会被录入。 1.中文要求 中文一般在200字左右,内容应包括:研究目的(简短说明要解决什么问题,可以省略),研究方法和过程(对象、条件、原理、步骤等),研究结果和结论(创新点)。重点应突出作者研究的创新内容和结果。应避免对题目的重复和一般性内容的叙述(如背景、意义、重要性等)。不写无用的话,如“本文所谈的有关研究工作是对过去老工艺的一个极大的改进”,“本工作首次实现了……”,“经检索尚未发现与本文类似的文献”等词句不要写入文摘。作者未来研究计划不写入文摘。 例1 “通过实验方法研究含碳铁滴还原富氧化铁熔渣过程,根据实验现象分析含碳铁滴在熔渣中的行为变化规律,由此提出强化渣铁还原反应的有效措施。”以上过于笼统,应当把具体的“熔渣过程”、“变化规律”和“强化渣铁还原反应的有效措施”写出来。
