为探讨新生儿在缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)状态下肾脏的病理及功能损害,采用新生猪制作缺氧缺血性脑病模型。结果发现新生猪经2小时缺氧缺血后,在脑组织出现类似新生儿HIE病理损害的同时,肾脏出现肿胀,包膜下出血,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀,管腔变窄,少数上皮细胞坏死脱落,肾小管基膜完整,血清尿素氮及肌酐明显升高(P<0.025及P<0.05),表明在HIE状态下新生猪已出现肾脏的病理及功能损害,但损害程度较轻,解除缺氧72小时后,上述损害基本恢复正常。
To investigate the pathological and functional impairment of neonate in the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) state, a new-born pig model of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was established. The results showed that after 2 hours of hypoxia and ischemia, the neonatal pigs developed swelling, subencapsular hemorrhage, tubular epithelial cell swelling, narrowing of the lumen and few necrosis of the epithelial cells in the brain similar to the neonatal HIE pathological damage (P <0.025 and P <0.05), indicating that the pathological and functional impairment of the kidneys occurred in the neonatal pigs under the HIE status, but the degree of damage was lower than that of the HIE group Light, relieve hypoxia 72 hours later, the damage returned to normal.
