南昌大学四附院推进人力资源管理创新的实践探索

近年来,人民群众反映看病难、看病贵问题突出,医患矛盾尖锐,加快医疗卫生体制改革的呼声日益高涨。特别是在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,人民群众不但对医疗卫生工作有了更多期望,同时也对医院内部绩效管理、运行机制提出了新的更高要求。本文结合南昌大学四附院人力资源管理创新的实践,对建立新型用人机制、新型分配激励机制以及建立充满生机活力的人事分配长效机制进行了探讨。 In recent years, the masses of the people have complained about the difficulty in seeing a doctor, the problem of expensive medical treatment, the sharp contradictions between doctors and patients, and the increasing demands for accelerating the reform of the health care system. Especially in the context of building a socialist harmonious society, the people not only have more expectations for medical and health work, but also put forward new and higher requirements for the internal performance management and operation mechanism of the hospital. Based on the practice of human resources management innovation in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, this paper discusses the establishment of a new employment mechanism, a new distribution incentive mechanism, and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for allocating vitality.
