通过分析我国食品安全风险监测管理体系的现状以及存在的问题提出今后的发展方向。当前监测工作中存在的主要问题是有待建立指导监测工作开展的基础理论,监测目标有待集中,能力水平有待提高以及公众信息交流有待加强。今后的发展对策包括加强机制建设促使承担监测工作的技术机构主动提升工作水平,改进工作方式以充分利用社会资源并确保监测工作的效果,推进技术革新以全面提升监测水平,深入数据挖掘发挥监测作用。通过开展设计理念和工作方式创新并加强数据利用,势必会更好地发挥出监测工作的作用和效果。
By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of China’s food safety risk monitoring and management system, the future development direction is proposed. The main problems existing in the current monitoring work are the pending establishment of basic theories for guidance and monitoring, the need to concentrate on monitoring objectives, the need to improve the level of capacity, and the need to strengthen public information exchange. Future development measures include strengthening mechanisms to promote the monitoring of technical institutions to take the initiative to enhance the work level, improve the working methods to make full use of social resources and ensure the effectiveness of monitoring, promote technological innovation to enhance the overall level of monitoring, in-depth data mining to play a monitoring role . By carrying out design concepts and working methods to innovate and enhance data utilization, it is bound to give better play to the role and effect of monitoring work.
