调查研究发现,中学跨栏心理障碍的成因包括栏的高度、跨栏技术的复杂性、学生盲目自信以及有过跨栏失败的经历等。针对跨栏跑的教学训练中跨栏跑初学者的过栏心理障碍,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实验对比法,针对两组不同学生运用降低难度训练法、提高动作节奏训练法、技术观摩训练法和强迫技术训练法等方案进行训练,加强跨栏跑教学训练的系统性,以降低过栏恐惧感。结果表明:采用设计的实验方法对两组学生跨栏跑心理障碍进行测试,成绩提高幅度存在显著差异。建议在中学跨栏教学中加入游戏;在中学跨栏教学中,区别对待不同的学生,并在教学中对学生加入更多的人文关怀。
