弹性体的横向振动,可以用一个四阶偏微分方程描述.但是,有些弹性体(如河堤、烟囱等)有一段处于某种介质中,不易检测该段是否发生故障.本文给出了在点量测下对这类弹性体的特性参数进行辨识的方法,从而检测出故障发生之处.
