在塑料共注射成型中,芯/壳层材料的分布情况是衡量制品质量的主要指标。成型过程中熔体的注射速度是影响材料充填和最终分布的最主要的工艺因素。文章采用Moldflow软件进行共注射模拟分析,研究不同的注射速度对前沿突破现象和芯层材料厚度的分布及均匀性的影响。
In plastic co-injection molding, core / shell material distribution is the main measure of product quality indicators. The injection speed of the melt during the molding process is the most important process factor affecting the filling and final distribution of the material. The article uses Moldflow software for co-injection simulation analysis to study the impact of different injection speed on the phenomenon of frontal breakthrough and the thickness distribution and uniformity of the core material.
