采用技术动作录像拍摄与分析,对参加2004年全国田径锦标赛暨奥运会选拔赛男子背越式跳高运动员在起跳过程中两臂和摆动腿摆动技术有关的运动学参数进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:在起跳过程中,摆动腿摆动角度速度最大值为腾起垂直初速度呈非常显著性的正相关,两臂和摆动腿的摆动使身体重心高度运动轨迹曲线呈上升趋势。另外,改进摆动技术,提高两臂和摆动腿的快速摆动与制动能力,是提高背越式跳高成绩的有效训练途径。
The technique video shooting and analysis were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the kinematic parameters of swinging arms and swing legs during the take-off of the 2004 National Athletics Championships and the Olympic Games trials. The results show that the maximum swinging speed of the swinging leg is a very significant positive correlation with the initial vertical speed during the take-off, and the swing of the two arms and the swinging leg makes the curve of the height trajectory of the body center of gravity rise. In addition, the improvement of swinging technology to improve the swinging and braking ability of the two arms and the swinging leg is an effective training way to improve the performance of the Fosbury Flop.
