以平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)50596、苏引6号为试验菌株,研究其在生长过程中纤维素、木质素利用与胞外酶活性的关系,探讨其营养利用机理。试验结果表明,平菇生长过程中以纤维素、木质素为主要营养来源,菌丝生长阶段以木质素为主要营养来源,木质素的利用率占利用总量的60%左右;子实体生长阶段以纤维素为主要营养来源,纤维素的利用率占利用总量的80%左右。2个平菇菌株的产量与羧甲基纤维素酶的活性呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.947、1.000。
Pleurotus ostreatus 50596 and Suyin 6 were used as experimental strains to study the relationship between the utilization of cellulose and lignin and the activity of extracellular enzyme in the process of growth and the mechanism of their nutrition utilization. The results showed that during the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, cellulose and lignin were the main nutrition sources. Lignin was the main source of nutrients during mycelium growth stage. The utilization rate of lignin accounted for about 60% of the total utilization. The fruiting body growth stage Taking cellulose as the main source of nutrition, the utilization rate of cellulose accounts for about 80% of the total utilization. The yield of 2 Pleurotus ostreatus strains was positively correlated with the activity of carboxymethylcellulose, and the correlation coefficients were 0.947 and 1.000 respectively.
