马占山会晤国联调查团一事,以往的研究常常指责马占山,似有不妥。在不放弃武力抵抗的基础上,积极利用外交手段,利用西方列强与日侵华过程中的争夺,争取国际舆论的同情,敦促国际社会对日本侵略者的制裁,亦为一条上策。国联调查团担负着调查“中日纠纷”的重任,马占山积极与其合作,帮助其弄清日本侵略我国东北及其制造伪满的真相,应该说是非常必要的。马占山在此过程中所扮演的积极角色,我们应予以公正的评价。
