贫困地区自然条件恶劣,贫困面大,扶贫任务艰巨,村干部作为农村发展的领导者,其素质的高低直接影响着农村脱贫的成败。为了促进扶贫工作的快速进行,全面提高村干部素质,国家对村干部的培训工作日益加强,通过实施培训能加快扶贫工作,提高农民整体素质,并能保证农村社会稳定。文章通过分析我国村干部培训工作中存在的问题,并借鉴国外公务员培训模式,尝试构建一套贫困地区完整的培训模式。
Poor areas have poor natural conditions, large poverty areas and arduous tasks of alleviating poverty. As the leader of rural development, village cadres directly affect the success or failure of poverty alleviation in rural areas. In order to promote the rapid progress of poverty alleviation work and raise the quality of village cadres in an all-round manner, the state gradually strengthens the training of village cadres. By implementing training, it can speed up poverty alleviation work, improve the overall quality of peasants and ensure social stability in rural areas. By analyzing the problems existing in the training work of village cadres in our country and using the training mode of foreign civil servants for reference, the article attempts to build a complete training mode in poor areas.
