目的:研究制定清血通脉颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TCL法对成品中枸杞子、柴胡、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对成品中丹参酮ⅡA进行含量测定,色谱柱为Hypersil-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长270nm。结果:薄层斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强;丹参酮ⅡA在0.033~0.165mg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为98.63%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:HPLC法检测清血通脉颗粒质量方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,能有效控制清血通脉颗粒质量。
Objective: To study and formulate the quality standard of Qingxuetong Granules. Methods: The content of Tanshinone ⅡA in the finished product was determined by TCL method. The chromatographic column was Hypersil-C18 (4.6mm × 200mm, 5μm), and the mobile phase was methanol - Water (70:30), detection wavelength 270nm. Results: The TLC spots were clear and the negative control had no interference and specificity. Tanshinone ⅡA showed a good linearity (r = 0.999) in the range of 0.033 ~ 0.165 mg with an average recovery of 98.63% (RSD = 1.5%). . Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of Qingxuetongmai particles quality is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of Qingxuetongmai particles.
