[目的]分析2005～2008年兰州市结直肠癌的发病率及其变化趋势,为结直肠癌的防控提供科学依据。[方法]根据甘肃省肿瘤登记处2005～2008年登记的恶性肿瘤发病资料,计算结直肠癌粗发病率和构成比、年龄别发病率、中标率及世标率、年平均增长速度等指标。[结果]兰州市2005～2008年结直肠癌发病率为18.09/10万,居全部恶性肿瘤发病顺位第3位。中标率14.96/10万,世标率20.13/10万,高于世界、亚洲及中国平均发病水平,低于发达国家发病水平。男性发病率高于女性,男女性别比为1.36:1。结直肠癌发病率随年龄增高而增长。在结直肠癌发病部位构成中,以结肠癌和直肠癌为主,结肠癌发病率略高于直肠癌。2005～2008年兰州市结肠癌发病率呈上升趋势,直肠癌发病率基本呈平稳态势。[结论]兰州市结直肠癌已成为影响居民健康的主要癌种,应着力加强防治。
[Objective] To analyze the incidence and the trend of colorectal cancer in Lanzhou from 2005 to 2008, and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of colorectal cancer. [Method] According to the data of malignant tumor registered from 2005 to 2008 in Gansu Provincial Tumor Registry, the incidence of colorectal cancer was calculated. The incidence of colorectal cancer was calculated. The incidence of colorectal cancer was calculated. [Results] The incidence of colorectal cancer in Lanzhou from 2005 to 2008 was 18.09 / 100 000, ranking the 3rd in all malignant tumors. The winning rate of 14.96 / 100000, the world standard rate of 20.13 / 100,000, higher than the average incidence of the world, Asia and China, lower than the incidence of developed countries. The incidence of males is higher than that of females, and the male to female ratio is 1.36: 1. The incidence of colorectal cancer increases with age. Colon cancer and rectal cancer in the composition of the incidence of colorectal cancer, colon cancer slightly higher than the incidence of rectal cancer. The incidence of colon cancer in Lanzhou increased from 2005 to 2008, and the incidence of rectal cancer was basically stable. [Conclusion] Colorectal cancer in Lanzhou has become the main cancer which affects the health of residents. Efforts should be made to strengthen prevention and treatment.
