Objective To observe the effects of lead, lead and selenium during pregnancy on the contents of six elements of lead, selenium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc in whole blood of rats. Methods Female Wistar rats without specific pathogen were randomly divided into control group, selenium group, low lead group, low lead plus selenium group, high lead group and high lead plus selenium group. The contents of 6 elements of lead, selenium, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc in whole blood were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results There was a negative correlation between blood lead and blood selenium content in the lead exposure group without selenium intervention (r = -0.617, r = -0.617, P <0.05 for female rats; r = -0.470, P < , Selenium intervention group selenium levels were close to the selenium group; maternal pregnancy and lactation plus selenium intervention can reduce blood lead levels in offspring. Blood lead and serum magnesium and zinc levels in 21-day-old female offspring were negatively correlated (r = -0.363, -0.483, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion Selenium exposure may affect blood levels of selenium, magnesium, zinc and other elements, which have different effects on different genders. Selenium intervention can reduce blood lead levels caused by lead exposure and decrease blood selenium levels. Selenium intervention has not been found to improve lead Other metal elements change the level.
