目的:了解新疆某三级甲等医院在职医务人员对科研诚信的认知情况,为指导科研诚信培训工作提供依据。方法:采用电子调查问卷的方式于2021年3月对新疆某三级甲等医院在职医务人员的科研诚信知识了解情况进行问卷调查。单因素分别使用t检验和方差分析、多因素采用多重线性回归进行统计分析。结果:共计回收有效问卷550份,在职医务人员对科研诚信认知的总体知晓率均低于60%。单因素分析显示:在职医务人员参与不同的科研活动在科研诚信认知得分上存在差异(n P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:在职医务人员的文化程度、是否参与科研培训、是否具有研究生导师资格,文化程度与参与科研培训的交互作用有统计学意义(n P<0.05);科研诚信认知量表得分的文化程度和参与科研培训的LSD检验表明:参与科研培训的文化程度差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。n 结论:新疆某三级甲等医院在职医务人员科研诚信认知水平不高,科研诚信认知情况不容乐观。需采取多种措施加大科研诚信教育培训的力度,以提高医务人员的科研诚信认知水平、改善医务人员的科研诚信认知态度。“,”Objective:To understand the cognition of research integrity of in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang, provide possible reference for research integrity training.Methods:In March 2021, an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the knowledge of scientific research integrity of in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang. T test and analysis of variance were used for univariate analysis, and multiple linear regression was used for multivariate analysis.Results:550 valid questionnaires were collected in total, and the overall awareness rate of scientific research integrity of in-service medical staff was less than 60%. Univariate analysis showed that there were differences in cognitive score of scientific research integrity among medical staff who participating in different scientific research activities (n P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the educational level of the in-service medical staff, whether they participated in scientific research training, whether they had the qualifications of graduate student supervisor, the interaction between educational level and participation in scientific research training was statistically significant (n P<0.05). LSD test of educational level and participation in scientific research training showed that there was a statistically significant difference in educational level of participation in scientific research training (n P<0.01).n Conclusions:The cognition of research integrity on in-service medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang need to be enhanced, and their knowledge of research integrity need to be improved. Various measures should be carried out to strengthen the research integrity education and training, so as to improve the level of medical staff’s cognition of research integrity, and improve the medical staff’s attitudes of research integrity.
