对山东莒县城北生活垃圾无害化处理场工程设计进行了详细介绍。本工程采用厚度为300 mm、粒径为50~100 mm的碎石作为主要的渗滤液导流层材料;并使用800 g/m~2短纤无纺土工布+2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m~2GCL用于水平防渗,600 g/m~2长丝无纺土工布+2.0 mm光面HDPE土工膜+4 800 g/m~2GCL用于边坡防渗;渗滤液处理采用了十分成熟的MBR系统/纳滤/反渗透组合工艺,保证了高效的处理效果,最终出水水质达到了《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的要求。
