顶升技术最初使用于铁路桥梁的架设、位移和落梁,后来逐步开始使用于屋面的顶升,在公路建设方面,顶升技术最初仅使用于单片预制梁的架设和移位,随着顶升技术的不断完善,现阶段可实现桥梁单跨梁板的整体抬高,此项技术的推广可降低工程投资、加快施工进度,对我国的公路建设有极大的意义。描述了唐山市丰南区丰碱线尖字沽至沿海公路段大修工程3座跨径10m的小桥梁板顶升施工情况,对该路段桥梁单跨梁板的整体顶升关键工序的技术要求、控制和容易忽视的一些问题进行了分析和总结。
