为适应山东电力基本建设总公司国际化发展战略要求,促进公司海外项目管理的转型,笔者思考和总结了国外EPC项目人力资源管理模式,探索了提升公司国外项目人力资源管理水平的途径。
In order to meet the requirements of the international development strategy of Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation and to promote the transformation of overseas project management, the author has considered and summarized the human resources management mode of foreign EPC projects and explored ways to enhance the human resources management level of foreign companies.
