本文从目前高等工科教育存在的问题出发,探讨在高等工科教育中培养“双师型”教师的必要性及其培养机制。研究认为,改变工科教育观念与教育模式是高校“双师型”教师培养的重要前提;“先期介入式”工程教育可促进工科专业“双师型”教师的培养;企业兼职“教授级高工”是高校“双师型”教师及“高工级教授”培养的重要支撑;高校应该积极面向社会引进各行各业的“教授级高工”兼职任课,聘请他们当兼职教授,改善教师队伍结构;长期稳定的教学实习基地也是高校“双师型”教师培养的重要基地;此外,应建立教师继续工程教育制度。
Based on the existing problems of higher engineering education in our country, this paper discusses the necessity and training mechanism of cultivating “double teachers” in higher engineering education. The study suggests that changing the concept of engineering education and education mode is an important prerequisite for the training of teachers in colleges and universities. Advanced interventional engineering education can promote the cultivation of engineering majors and double-teacher teachers.
