2014年4月30日,第九届“天眼杯”中国国际少年儿童漫画大赛颁奖仪式在杭州青少年发展中心举行。大赛邀请由著名漫画家蔡志忠先生领衔的专业人士对参赛作品进行评选,举办展览,编印图册,并将组织优秀作品去俄罗斯、德国、日本、加拿大、马来西亚等国以及中国台湾地区进行巡展,进一步扩大影响,拓展交流。这次大赛也是第十届中国国际动漫节的重要活动之一,参与面广、国际化程度高,它为丰富少年儿童的文化
