目的了解Randox国际质量控制申报方式和操作方法。分析Randox的回报结果。方法Randox国际室间质量控制操作方法及回报结果与国内室间质量控制进行比较 ,分析国内质控范围与国际质控要求的差距。结果在相同时间段 ,Randox国际室间质控的次数比国内多6倍 ;评分要求比国内高1～2个等级。结论要作好国际室间质控 ,必须提高室内质控的精度 ,使室内质控的RCV尽可能与OCV接近和匹配。
Objectives To understand Randox’s international quality control reporting methods and practices. Analyze Randox’s return. Methods Randox International Room Quality Control method of operation and the return of results compared with the domestic room quality control were compared to analyze the gap between domestic quality control and international quality control requirements. Results During the same time span, Randox International had 6 times more room controls than its domestic counterparts; its ratings required 1 to 2 levels higher than its domestic counterparts. Conclusion In order to make international inter-room quality control, the accuracy of indoor quality control must be improved so that the indoor quality-controlled RCV can be close to and matched with OCV as much as possible.
