在食用菌栽培中,有时会遇到下种后因菌丝不萌发或吃料慢,杂菌乘虚而入造成栽培失败。造成菌种不萌发或吃料慢的原因有:菌种培养基营养失调,菌种培养时因温度过高而烧菌,细菌污染,菌种老化以及其它病害引起的菌种干散等。初学者对菌种污染后期易产生色素的杂菌(如木霉、黄曲霉)等容易看出,而对上述的劣种不易鉴定。笔者经试验后摸索出一点经验,同行们不妨一试。现简介如下:
