目的探讨高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床特点和诊治方案。方法总结分析我院自2006年1月至2010年1月收治的15例高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的临床诊治情况,探讨高脂血症性胰腺炎患的诊断及治疗。结果 15例患者在急性胰腺炎常规治疗的基础上,通过降脂治疗所有患者均取得较好效果。结论高脂血症性急性胰腺炎是一种特殊类型的胰腺炎,既有急性胰腺炎的一般性,又有其自身的特点,降脂治疗及根据血脂情况进行营养支持治疗是关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to January 2010 were analyzed to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Results All 15 patients achieved good results in all patients with lipid-lowering therapy on the basis of conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis. Conclusions Hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis is a special type of pancreatitis. It has the general characteristics of both acute pancreatitis and its own characteristics. Lipid-lowering therapy and nutritional support therapy based on lipid profile are the key points.
