3月8日上午,2004年度煤炭工业技术创新优秀人才的评选正在紧张进行。57位候选人都是在煤炭工业技术前沿的领军人物。一位参加评审的专家戴上眼镜,认真仔细地读着一位候选人简介——李炳文,中国矿业大学教授、矿山机械研究所所长,一直从事并主持《矿山辅助运输绞车》和《矿山支护设备》两个方面的研究工作。先后研制科技新产品200余个,获得国家专利20余项,研制的《悬浮式液压支柱系列》,通过国家煤矿支护设备质量监督检验中心所做的性能测试和帮助试验,取得安全标志证书。2003年,悬浮液压支柱系列被科技部列为“十五”国家科技成果重点推广项目,这个产品被誉为“撑起矿工生命的柱”。绞车和支柱都是已经沿用多年的设
