国有企业研发人员技术创造力的研究是人力资源开发研究的一个热点。研发人员技术创力体现于成功智力,并受到核心价值观认同的影响。传统的人力资源开发模式局限于管理学科的狭隘领域,一直未能产生明显的作用。本研究基于国有企业研发人员的样本数据,借助于结构方程模型,实证性地检验了核心价值观认同、知识转化和成功智力之间的相关性,发现研发人员核心价值观认同对知识转化存在着积极的促进作用,知识转化对成功智力也存在着积极的促进作用,从而为国有企业研发人员技术创造力的培育提供了一条新颖的途径。
The research on the technology creativity of R & D personnel in state-owned enterprises is a hot spot in the research of human resources development.
