《中华人民共和国保险法》于1995年通过,之后又于2002年进行了修改。随着保险纠纷案件的与日俱增,审判实践中如何适用相关法律规定引起诸多争论, 为此最高人民法院正在研究制定保险法司法解释。本期约请的作者既有从事保险法司法解释起草工作的专家,也有长期从事保险法审判实践、对相关问题颇有研究的资深法官。期望读者可以从这组文章中找寻到解决保险法审判实务领域中若干问题的答案。
The Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China was passed in 1995 and then revised in 2002. With the increasing number of insurance disputes, how to apply the relevant laws and regulations in trial practice has caused a lot of controversy. Therefore, the Supreme People’s Court is studying and formulating the judicial interpretation of insurance law. The author of this issue has both experts engaged in the judicial interpretation of the Insurance Law, as well as experienced judges who have been engaged in the trial of the Insurance Law for a long time and have studied the relevant issues for a long time. Hope readers can find out from this group of articles to solve some problems in the field of trial practice of insurance law.
