(2008年6月26日第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三次会议通过)第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三次会议听取了财政部部长谢旭人代表国务院对《国务院关于提请审议2008年中央预算调整方案(草案)的议案》所作的说明,审查了国务院提出的2008年中央预算调整方案,同意全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会在审查报告中提出的建议。会议决定,批准2008年中央预算调整方案。
(Adopted at the Third Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress on June 26, 2008) The third meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress listened to the statement by the State Council on behalf of the State Council on “ Examination and Opinion on the Proposal on the 2008 Draft for the Central Government’s Budget Adjustment (Draft) ”, reviewed the 2008 proposal for the adjustment of the central budget proposed by the State Council and agreed with the suggestion made by the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People’s Congress in the review report. The meeting decided to approve the 2008 central budget adjustment plan.
