为更合理地选择硫化矿石低温氧化速率测定所用氧化增重法的测试条件,减小试验误差,采用室内试验、误差分析等方法探讨环境湿度、矿样初始含水率和预氧化时间等因素对氧化增重法测量结果的影响,完善氧化增重法的理论依据和测试条件。结果表明,初始含水率对5天增重率无显著性影响;把初始含水率设为6%,可使各亲水性不同的试验矿样处于相同水分环境下;设定试验时间为9天,其中矿样制备时间4天,测量时间5天,可提高试验数据精确度,节省时间并且符合实际;用体积增重率取代质量增重率,可使理论更正确,测试结果更合理。
In order to select the test conditions of the oxidized weight gain method for the low temperature oxidation rate of the ores more rationally and to reduce the test error, the indoor humidity, the initial moisture content of the ore sample and the pre-oxidation time were used to investigate the effects of the oxidation The effect of weighting method measurement results, perfect the theoretical basis and testing conditions of the oxidation weight gain method. The results showed that the initial water content had no significant effect on the 5-day weight gain rate. When the initial moisture content was set at 6%, the test samples with different hydrophilicity could be kept in the same moisture environment. The test time was set at 9 days , In which the preparation time of the ore sample is 4 days and the measurement time is 5 days, the accuracy of the test data can be increased, the time can be saved, and the practicality can be achieved. Using the volume weight gain rate instead of the mass gain rate can make the theory more correct and the test result more reasonable.
