目的　探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇不同用药途径终止中期妊娠的效果。方法　采用口服米非司酮配伍米索法为口服组 ,口服米非司酮联合阴道后穹隆放置米索法为联合用药组 ,比较两组在流产时间及需清宫人数、药物副作用方面的差异。结果　口服组 3 6例 ,有效 3 3例 ,其中完全流产 13例 ,不全流产 2 0例 ,需清宫 ,清宫率 60 61% ,无效 3例 ;15例出现药物反应 ,反应较重。联合用药组 3 6例 ,有效 3 4例 ,完全流产 2 1例 ,不全流产 13例 ,需清宫 ,清宫率 3 8 2 4% ,无效 3例。 7例出现药物反应 ,反应较轻。两组对照 ,清宫率有显著差异P <0 0 5 ;药物副作用两组对比P <0 0 5 ,有显著意义。结论　米非司酮配伍米索前列醇阴道放置 ,显著降低不全流产清宫率和药物的副作用 Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol on termination of middle-term pregnancy by different routes of administration.
