[目的]分析食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+CD127-调节性T细胞(Treg)占CD4+T细胞的比例变化。[方法]采用流式细胞仪检测104例食管癌患者和68例健康及良性疾病对照者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg占CD4+T细胞的比例,分析其与临床分期、淋巴结转移及外膜受侵的关系。[结果]食管癌患者与对照组的外周血CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg占CD4+T细胞比例分别为(5.19%±1.82%)和(4.56%±1.16%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.544,P=0.012)。Ⅱa期CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg细胞比例分别与Ⅱb期和Ⅲa期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄、淋巴结及外膜受侵状况患者的外周血CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg细胞比例变化比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论]食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg占CD4+T细胞的比例明显升高,且分期高患者升高更为明显,提示可能与食管癌免疫逃逸和免疫耐受有关。
[Objective] To analyze the percentage of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-regulatory T cells (Tregs) in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer. [Methods] The proportion of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-Treg in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of 104 patients with esophageal cancer and 68 healthy and benign controls were detected by flow cytometry. The correlations with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and Outer membrane invasion of the relationship. [Results] The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-Treg in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer was (5.19% ± 1.82%) and (4.56% ± 1.16%) respectively, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups Significance (t = 2.544, P = 0.012). The proportions of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-Treg cells in stage Ⅱa were significantly different from those in stage Ⅱb and Ⅲa (P <0.01). The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + CD25 + T cells in patients with different age, lymph node and adventitia There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD127-Treg cells (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The proportion of CD4 + CD25 + CD127-Treg in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer is significantly higher than that in patients with esophageal cancer, which may be related to immune escape and immune tolerance of esophageal cancer.
