目的:研究3种真空采血管在临床生化检验中的应用效果。方法:选取本院在2013年5月-2014年1月进行体检的60例体检者,均用分离胶促凝真空管、无添加剂真空管和普通促凝真空管制备血清,分析3种真空采血管在临床生化检验中的检查结果。结果:分离胶促凝真空管和无添加剂真空管的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)和K指标显著低于普通促凝真空管,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),分离胶促凝真空管和无添加剂真空管的LDH、HBDH和K指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:分离胶促凝真空管血清可长期在温度为2~8℃环境中保存,并不会给酶类活性带来影响,避免血液离体后糖酵解。
Objective: To study the application effects of three kinds of vacuum blood collection tubes in clinical biochemistry test. Methods: Sixty patients who underwent physical examinations from May 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected. All the patients were prepared with separation gel procoagulant vacuum tubes, additive-free vacuum tubes and general procoagulant vacuum tubes. Three types of vacuum blood collection tubes Biochemical tests in the test results. Results: The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH) and K index of the separation gel procoagulant vacuum tube and the tube without additives were significantly lower than those of the common procoagulant vacuum tube, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in LDH, HBDH and K indexes between the separation gel procoagulant vacuum tube and the non-additive vacuum tube (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The separation gel procoagulant vacuum tube serum can be stored at the temperature of 2 ~ 8 ℃ for a long time without affecting the enzyme activity and avoiding the blood glycolysis in vitro.
