本文分析了国际引文技术知识扩散与技术创新互动的内在机制,构建了包含国际引文技术知识扩散量与技术创新产出两个方程的联立模型,并以我国29个地区2002-2008年的面板数据为样本进行实证检验。结果表明,国际引文技术知识扩散与技术创新之间存在相互影响的内生关系。总体上,国际引文技术知识扩散与我国技术创新能力之间已经形成良性互动关系;而就各技术创新层次的检验结果差异显著:国际引文技术知识扩散与消化吸收模仿创新之间具备相互促进能力,但国际引文技术知识扩散尚未有效发挥对自主创新的提升作用,简单模仿创新也并未促进国际引文技术知识扩散。
This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the interaction between international citation technology knowledge diffusion and technology innovation and constructs a joint model that includes two equations of international citation technology knowledge diffusion and technology innovation output. Taking the panel of 29 regions in China from 2002 to 2008 as an example, Data for the sample empirical test. The results show that there exists an endogenous relationship between the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology and technological innovation. In general, there has been a benign interaction between the diffusion of international citation knowledge and the capability of technological innovation in our country. However, there is significant difference in the test results of each level of technological innovation: there is mutual promotion ability between international citation knowledge diffusion and digestion and absorption imitation innovation, However, the diffusion of international citations of technical knowledge has not yet effectively promoted the enhancement of independent innovation, and the simple imitation of innovation has not promoted the proliferation of international citations.
