目的:观察补元聪脑汤对老年性痴呆(AD)大鼠生长因子TGF-α、IGF-Ⅱ表达的影响。方法:大鼠脑海马区注入Aβ1-42和IBO混合液制成AD大鼠模型,采用Morris水迷宫法检测大鼠学习记忆能力,采用免疫组化方法检测大鼠生长因子TGF-α、IGF-Ⅱ的表达。结果:模型组和正常组比较,大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降,说明造模成功。应用补元聪脑汤灌胃后,中药组大鼠学习记忆能力得到明显改善,TGF-α、IGF-Ⅱ水平明显低于模型组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:补元聪脑汤具有益智作用,其可能通过调节生长因子TGF-α、IGF-Ⅱ的水平,从而达到治疗AD的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Buyuan Cong Nao decoction on the expression of TGF-α and IGF-Ⅱ of Alzheimer’s disease rats. Methods: AD rat model was induced by injection of mixture of Aβ1-42 and IBO into the hippocampus of rats. Morris water maze test was used to detect the learning and memory ability of rats. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGF-α and IGF- Ⅱ expression. Results: Compared with the normal group, the learning and memory abilities of rats in the model group decreased significantly, indicating that the model was successful. After Bu Bu Lingnaotang was given into the stomach, the learning and memory abilities of the TCM group were significantly improved, and the levels of TGF-α and IGF-Ⅱ were significantly lower than those of the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: BuYuanTongNaoTang has the puzzle effect, which may through the regulation of the level of growth factor TGF-α, IGF-Ⅱ, so as to achieve the effect of treating AD.
