为了研究热冲击对鱼雷罐砖衬工作层的破坏作用 ,使用有限元法分别计算了在鱼雷罐受铁和倒铁过程中的单砖热应力和工作层整体热应力分布。根据计算结果推测出的应力危险区域与实际破损形貌对比 ,两者基本吻合。在温度场与热应力场分析的基础上 ,探讨了既可减小铁水温降又可降低热冲击应力的措施 In order to study the damaging effect of thermal shock on the working layer of torpedo brick lining, the thermal stress of single brick and the thermal stress distribution of the working layer were calculated by finite element method respectively. According to the calculated results, the predicted dangerous area is in good agreement with the actual damaged area. Based on the analysis of temperature field and thermal stress field, the measures to reduce the temperature drop of molten iron and reduce the thermal shock stress are also discussed
