文章分析了综采工作面自动化的控制策略,利用多种现场总线,设计了控制成套设备的通讯网络,实现了对综采工作面成套设备的远程集中控制,尤其是液压支架的电液控制。总结了国产液压支架电液控制系统的控制策略,即采用双CAN总线,实现了多个支架控制器的收发通讯指令,工作面液压支架的跟机自动化控制和邻架控制及整个综采工作面的自动化、智能化。
