目的:建立小儿复方麻溴合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为shimpack-VP-ODS C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长207nm,柱温25℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在8.62~30.17mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.22%(n=9)。结论:方法简便可行,专属性强,准确可靠,可用于小儿复方麻溴合剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in children’s Compound Brugu Mixture. METHODS: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a shimpack-VP-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (10:90) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min- Detection wavelength of 207nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship in the range of 8.62-30.17 mg · L-1, r = 0.9999 (n = 6), with an average recovery of 100.1% and a RSD of 0.22% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible, specific, accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the determination of compound Brugobride in children.
