目的选用多种色谱柱及不同流动相测定4种饮料中咖啡因的含量并进行比较探讨。方法将4种饮料依法处理,在7种色谱条件下测定咖啡因含量并进行统计学分析。结果 7种色谱条件下测定的4种饮料的咖啡因含量在200 ng/m L~500μg/m L范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996~0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.74%~4.80%(n=6),回收率为95.79%~107.02%,方法检出限为0.04 mg/kg~0.4 mg/kg。结论 7种色谱条件下咖啡因出峰情况良好,且测定的4种饮料咖啡因含量水平差异均无统计学意义。
Objective To determine the content of caffeine in four kinds of beverages by using a variety of chromatographic columns and different mobile phases, and to compare and discuss. Methods Four kinds of beverages were processed according to the law, and the caffeine content was determined under the seven chromatographic conditions and the statistical analysis was conducted. Results The caffeine contents of four kinds of beverages measured under the seven chromatographic conditions showed good linearity in the range of 200 ng / m L ~ 500 μg / m L with the correlation coefficients of 0.9996 ~ 0.9999 and the relative standard deviations of 0.74% ~ 4.80 % (n = 6). The recoveries ranged from 95.79% to 107.02%. The detection limits were 0.04 mg / kg ~ 0.4 mg / kg. Conclusion The peak of caffeine was good under the seven chromatographic conditions, and there was no significant difference in the caffeine content between the four kinds of beverages.
