目的综述高密度脂蛋白作为药物载体的研究进展及应用前景。方法以近年来的研究文献为基础,根据高密度脂蛋白的结构和代谢途径,对高密度脂蛋白作为药物载体的特性、应用研究等进行综述。结果高密度脂蛋白是人体内体积最小、密度最高的脂蛋白,具有独特的亲水性-疏水性结构、内源性可完全降解以及不被网状内皮系统识别和清除等多种作为药物载体的特性。以高密度脂蛋白为药物载体,不仅能够避免网状内皮系统的清除,克服药物水溶性和耐受性差、毒副作用强的缺陷,而且可以通过受体介导的机制选择性增加特定部位的药物浓度,增强药物的活性。结论高密度脂蛋白作为一种潜在的高效靶向性药物载体受到越来越多的重视,具有巨大的发展潜力及应用前景。
Objective To summarize the research progress and application prospect of high density lipoprotein as drug carrier.
