一、前言在农业上广泛使用的有机磷杀虫剂和帝国主义国家制备的一些军用神经性毒剂等均系有机磷酸酯衍生物.它们的毒性主要是由于抑制了体内胆碱酯酶(简称ChE,以下同)的活性,使乙酰胆碱(简称ACh,以下同)蓄积过多,产生一系列生理作用,故这些有机磷酸酯衍生物又称为有机磷ChE抑制剂.有机磷酸酯的毒性随其结构的不同而异.常见重要的剧毒有机磷酸酯如下:
