传媒经济学视野下的中外传媒资本运营比较分析

传媒业的兴起,资本市场的繁荣,使得许多传媒企业进军资本市场。令人遗憾的是,我国传媒资本运营的起步晚,在传媒资本运营活动中,缺乏完善的操作模式。与之相对应的是,外国传媒资本运营拥有100多年的发展历史,其操作模式比较完善成熟。基于此,本文首先阐述了我国传媒资本运营发展的必要性,继而对中外传媒资本运营进行了比较,指出了存在的差异,最后分析了外国传媒资本运营对我国发展传媒资本运营的启示。 The rise of the media industry and the prosperity of the capital market have led many media companies to enter the capital market. Regrettably, China’s media capital operation started late, in the media capital operation activities, the lack of a sound mode of operation. Correspondingly, foreign media capital operation has a history of more than 100 years of development and its operation mode is relatively mature and perfect. Based on this, this article first elaborates the necessity of the development of media capital operation in our country, then compares the media capital operation of China and foreign countries, points out the differences, and finally analyzes the enlightenment of foreign media capital operation to our country’s development of media capital operation.
