传统的分析方法都是以竣工后的整体结构作为分析对象,将结构荷载一次性施加在结构上进行计算,计算时经常得到与实际情况不符的结果。阶段施工是一个特殊类型的非线性静力分析,本文利用阶段施工加载用来模拟管桁架结构在施工过程中的结构刚度、质量、荷载等不断变化的过程。得到了相应每施工阶段末的结构应力和变形,从而指导结构的施工,减少了大量的支撑架,大大降低了工程的措施费。
The traditional analysis methods take the whole structure after completion as the analysis object, and once the structural load is applied to the structure for calculation, the result of the calculation is often inconsistent with the actual situation. Stage construction is a special type of nonlinear static analysis. In this paper, stage construction loads are used to simulate the process of structural rigidity, mass, load and other changes of pipe truss structure during construction. The corresponding structural stress and deformation at the end of each construction stage are obtained, so as to guide the construction of the structure and reduce the large number of support frames, greatly reducing the engineering measures.
