本文从矿浆悬浮液聚散性和床面上的矿粒运动状态两个方面,对矿泥重选中由于表面电性增强而引起的界面力的影响进行了分析。计算表明,在不同条件下,矿粒与矿粒、矿拉与床面之间的相互作用势能对微细矿粒重选的影响十分明显。为了改善分选效果,必须使锡石与石英间的相互作用能垒增大,锡石与床面间的相互能垒尽可能小,石英与床面间的相互作用能垒尽可能大。矿浆pH适中以及矿浆中加入适量KF,对分选有利。
In this paper, the influence of interfacial force caused by the increase of surface electrical conductivity in the process of re-election of slime is analyzed from two aspects: the dispersion of slurry and the movement of ore particles on the bed surface. The calculation shows that under different conditions, the interaction potential between mineral particles and mineral particles, ore pull and the bed surface is very significant for the re-election of fine minerals. In order to improve the sorting effect, the energy barrier of the interaction between cassiterite and quartz must be increased, the mutual energy barrier between cassiterite and the bed surface should be as small as possible, and the interaction energy between quartz and the bed should be as large as possible. Pulp moderate pH and the pulp by adding the right amount of KF, sorting favorable.
