本文阐述了高职院校开展农民工职业培训的意义,分析了培训管理中存在的问题,提出解决的建议:高职院校要加强与行业协会、企业合作;加强与政府相关部门合作,利用政策优势;加强与社会培训机构合作,扩大宣传力度,共同加强农民工职业技能培训管理。
This article expounds the significance of carrying out vocational training for migrant workers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in training management and puts forward suggestions for the solution: higher vocational colleges should strengthen cooperation with trade associations and enterprises; strengthen cooperation with relevant government departments, Policy advantages; strengthen cooperation with social training institutions to expand publicity efforts to jointly strengthen the management of migrant workers vocational skills training.
