下硐电站计算机监控系统采用的是现地一体化工控机直接控制可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的通信模式,所有的控制流程都集中在现地工控机上,PLC通过串口通信和现地工控机进行数据交换,响应慢,而且如果现地工控机一旦瘫痪,则整个监控系统则无法使用,有较大的弊端,此次改造将原有的一体化工控机更换为触摸屏,并改变原有的网络控制模式(现改为由上位机和触摸屏直接控制PLC),原一体化工控机上所控制流程全部转移到PLC的CPU模块的用户内存里,所有控制命令直接下发到PLC。同时增加通信管理装置,和现地的各个智能化设备进行通信.减少了PLC和上位机的负担。上位机瘫痪后,运行人员仍可在现地进行操作,不影响设备的运行,提高了电厂的安全可靠性。
