企业市场化基因具备稳定性、控制性、变异性、复制性四个特征,包括拥有市场化的产权结构,具备文化的价值观核心和实现价值增值的能力,以及企业内部具有浓厚的企业家精神。塑造国有企业市场化基因应抓住三个重点:用市场化基因把握企业成长发展的规律,从市场化基因的角度去分析和解决国有企业面临的现实问题,为企业成功塑造市场化基因创造良好的外部环境。
The market-oriented genes of enterprises possess four characteristics of stability, control, variability and replicability.
