本调查由四川省成都强制隔离戒毒所“戒毒人员离所后生存情况调查”课题组进行,于2013年3~9月期间,对四川省成都强制隔离戒毒所2011年4月(首批离所)后解除强制隔离戒毒(含提前解除)人员开展的电话普查和个案详查。取得联系接受调查431例,抽取34例实地家访并进行个别访谈。并于2014年5~7月进行跟踪随访和补充调查。通过问卷调查和抽样实地个案访谈搜集和核实相关数据,
