由于人们对医疗服务质量的要求及自我保护意识的不断提高,使当今社会的医患关系越来越紧张,医患纠纷也呈逐渐上升趋势。麻醉师是医疗服务行业中风险最高的行业之一,每年因手术麻醉所引发的医患纠纷占据医患纠纷总数的很大一部分。文章通过总结与分析过去一段时间内台州市博爱医院麻醉科医患纠纷发生的原因,并提出进一步的防范措施,主要包括提升麻醉科住院医师法律意识,强化法律学习;提升麻醉医师的业务水平,加强医患沟通;完善工作管理制度等。
Due to the requirement of medical service quality and the self-protection awareness, the relationship between doctors and patients in our society is getting more and more serious, and the disputes between doctors and patients are gradually increasing. Anesthesiologists are among the most at risk industries in the health care industry. The majority of medical and patient disputes caused by surgical anesthesia account for a significant portion of the total number of medical and patient disputes. The article summarizes and analyzes the causes of the disputes of anesthesia doctors and nurses in Pok Oi Hospital in Taizhou in the past period and puts forward further precautionary measures, which mainly includes raising the legal awareness of anesthesiologists and enhancing legal study; improving the professional level of anesthesiologists, Strengthen communication between doctors and patients; improve the work management system.
