用点滴法测定稻纵卷叶螟5龄幼虫对杀虫双等4种杀虫剂的触杀毒力反应及抗药性,结果表明,以甲胺磷的毒性最高,其余依次为巴丹、乙酰甲胺磷和杀虫双。在抗药性测定中,除了个别地区对杀虫双有低水平的抗性、相对毒力指数为13.89外,广东不同地区稻纵卷叶螟对杀虫双等4种杀虫剂的抗药性发展是缓慢的,相对毒力指数均在4.06以下。
