人力资源是企业的重要资源之一,人才是企业的宝贵财富。然而在市场经济的新形势下,各企业之间的竞争,促使人才的竞争,人才流动便成为企业用人方面的新特点。因而,作为企业,人才流失也正在成为影响其发展的问题之一,如何留住人才是企业管理者应该认真研究的新课题。近年来,关注此问题的人们,找出了多方面的原因,但最根本的还在于企业激励机制的优劣。企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性保持和发扬到最佳状态。
